Operators arrange garments for custom designs such as printing or embroidery. The operator carefully checks the quality of the printing and fabric transfer process to ensure that the craftsmanship of the garments meets the customer's requirements.
Cutting laser machine will cut the fabric according to the pre-production version to improve the accuracy of cutting. This process will reduce waste, ensure efficient use of fabrics.
Garments are sewn by workshop personnel who specialize in the production of sportswear. During the production process, the workshop supervisor will conduct quality inspection of the semi-finished products to ensure a professional and efficient sewing process, and correct any problems if they are discovered in a timely manner.
Comprehensive quality inspection and packaging of the finished product will be carried out from the tail end. There are two processes for finished product inspection. Quality inspection will be carried out on size and pattern to ensure that the customer's garment is perfect for packaging

Sublimation printing is a versatile, digital printing method that opens up an endless opportunity to create unique and personalized headwear or garments. Whether it is the color of your product or personalized and branded decorations. The creative capabilities are yours for the taking.
Sublimation Printing is done only on White colored fabrics which allows us to print on the entire fabric, which allows you to choose from the over 500 colors from the Pantone PMS ink we use. This also you to print virtually any design you can create or image and even photographic pictures can be sublimated and used in your designs.
